Friends Forever!

Written with a pen

Sealed with a kiss

If you are my friend
,

Please answer this:

Are we friends or are we not?

You told me once, but I forgot..

So tell me now and tell me true,

So I can say , I am here for you.

Of all the friends I've ever met,

You're the ones I won't forget..

And if I die before you do,

I'll go to Heaven

And wait for you.

How's the new look?

Annette did this for me.
So, tell me what you think.

Fine, I know full well that the picture on the left side is jutting inwards a little, but well.... that was all thanks to me. I asked for a pink starry heaven. And when I looked at what she did on PowerPoint I said, oh yeah! Give me that! and that, she did.

It's dangerous, but true.

I have this habit of forgetting passwords.
Yeah, I know it's dangerous, but true.

I love racing games.

My current addiction :
Tetsu One Train Racing.

I don't care - car, bus, train or bike, I still love racing games.

While in Annette's house I play Tetsu One till His Kingdom come. Yes, I know. She often gets frustrated over the fact that I play the same game over and over and over again. Whenever she plays any game from the Jak & Daxter series (especially Jak 3) I ask for the racing mini-games. I don't know. I don't fancy role-playing games because they take a long time to finish. Annette tells me there's a story to unfold, and that's where the fun lies! I don't know for sure.

What the hell.

This happened on Monday, I think. In front of the teachers' room.

There was this girl who was in Form 1; she came to my class and asked for me. When I asked her why, she said there was this teacher who wanted to meet me. I asked her, which one ? She didn't know. Well. Understandable, I thought, because she's in Form 1 and she still needs some time to remember the teachers' names.

I relented and followed her right until the teachers' room.

And then, she stopped.
I was concerned. I asked,

Jas : Why did you stop?
Unknown : The teacher apparently wants to see you here.
Jas : And just which teacher asked for me?
Unknown : Ya know... I don't know who she actually is.
Jas : Even if you don't know, you can still recognise her by her face, can't you?
Unknown : But I don't even recognise her!
Jas : Wha........

Now this unknown called me out of class, brought me to the teachers' room, and she was wasting my time like anything. I retorted,

Jas : If you don't know the teacher, and if you don't know her name, how do you even know that she called me?
Unknown : I just came and called you, that's all.

At that point in time, I was fuming. Expletives were coming into my head. But I maintained my composure and told her,

Jas : You, go back to class and don't you ever do that again.

And guess what she said in reply?

Unknown : I'll think it over.

This unknown ran to her class and I just stood there watching her. Was she some sort of prankster, or did she really forget the teacher's name?

I returned to class shortly after, and I told all of this to my friends. I couldn't help laughing. No, I just couldn't. What that unknown did was weird. Silly. I'm known to be silly and I'm known to like silly things, but I wouldn't go to such an extent.

True Love

"Many of us have had our share of broken relationships, but what matters most is focusing on what we have now, rather than dreaming of what could've been. I often hear the saying, 'Your first love never dies.' At times we learn to forget and love someone who deserves our affection. After all, love can be nurtured at the right time and place."

Maybe so.
But to be honest, I don't mind when people ask me if I'm taken - I simply reply, "I'm single."

True, I sound like a lowlife to many, but I'm happy being single. At least, for now. Whenever I see people in school having relationships - having steadies at a young age (I'm fourteen now, and so are the rest of my classmates), I wonder how long those relationships actually last.

I've got a life to live. I've got my parents' love, and Narin's love too. I've got a job to do : I have to excel. I'm not gonna stick around and give my life for someone else. No, not now. That can wait.
